提出潜艇直流推进电动机在设计过程中应该特别注意的几个关键问题。文中导出了计算直流电机换向器片间电压分布曲线的基本公式和试验验证 ;对电枢绕组的选型和理论计算进行了深入的分析 ;用有限元法求解磁场方程 ,计算电机内部磁场的分布和试验验证 ;
This paper presents some critical questions considering particularly the design of DC propulsion motor for a submarine. Basic formulas for the calculation of bar to bar voltage distributing curve of DC motor commutator are derived and test-verified. The profound analysis of the choice and theoreorical calculation of armature winging is given. By using field-solving equation with finite element, the distribution of the field inside the motor is calculated and verified. The vibration and noise of the motor is also analyzed,calculated and verified, and there comes to the measures of improvement.
