电子商务、新工作模式和业务伙伴之间新协作平台正在改变企业创新理念、发展策略、组织形式等各个方面,资源外包已成为企业发展战略方法。本文探讨了Internet环境下企业从交易系统创新向企业系统创新和技术创新延伸的三种交易协作行为,分析了电子商务环境下基于资源外包的创新策略,研究了基于资源外包的网络化创新体系面临的挑战和问题。

E-commerce,new work methods and new collaboration systems are changi ng the idea of innovation,enterprises development policy,organizational Structur e etc.This paper think of outsourcing as main way of enterprise development stra tegy.Firstly,three transaction and/or collaborations among methods by which prom ote innovation changing from transaction system to enterprises system and techno logy innovation under Internet,was discussed.Then,Outsourcing-based innovation policies under E-commerce are analyzed.Lastly,challenges facing network-like i nnovation system based outsourcing and relative problems was studied in this pap er.
