摘要
在中国特定的历史文化环境中,传统文化作为商业运营的文化底蕴属于非正式约束机制的范畴。晋商与徽商作为明清时期两大地方商人集团,由于他们所处的历史背景和文化演进轨迹的差异,使其管理阶层的划分、商业运营中的激励约束机制等呈现出不同特点。晋商与徽商不同管理模式的选择及其特定的约束激励机制也为现代企业管理和经济发展提供了一些可资利用的资源。
Under the Ggiven the circumstance of Chinese history and culture,as t he cultural details of commercial functions,traditional culture as the cultural details of commercial functions belongs to the category of the informal restrict ion mechanism.For the difference of the historical background and the cultural e volution,as the local group of merchants in the period of Ming and Qing Dynasty, Shanxi merchants and Huizhou merchants,which represented the local group of merc hants in the period of Ming and Qing Dynasty respectively,had their own differen t features,such as carving up of the orders about the merchant management,the en couraging and restriction mechanism in commercial function etc.The different sel ection about management and the special encouraging and restriction mechanism of Shanxi merchants and Huizhou merchants would provide some useful management res ources to the modern enterprises and the development of economic.
