网脱术后并发渗出性视网膜脱离11例报告

Exudative retinal detachment complicated after the operation of retinal detachment

目的 :探讨网脱术后并发渗出性视网膜脱离的原因、临床表现及预后。方法 :分析 11例视网膜脱离行外路手术后的病例 ,裂孔性视网膜脱离 6眼 ,锯齿缘离断性视网膜脱离 3眼 ,巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离 2眼 ,行硅压 ,环扎 ,外放液 ,冷凝手术。结果 :11只眼于手术 3天～ 10天出现了不同程度的渗出性视网膜脱离 ,经保守治疗视网膜下渗液吸收 ,视网膜复位。结论 :渗出性视网膜脱离为视网膜脱离术后并发症 ,正确诊断、处理可以治愈。

Objective:To search the causes,clinical manifestation and prognosis Methods:11 cases of exudative retinal detachment complicated after the ab externo operation of retinal detachment were analyzed.Among them,6 eyes were rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,2 eyes were giant rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,and 3 eyes were oral disinsertion. Results:3 to 10 days after operation,11 eyes appeared exudative detachments of retina in different extent.The exudative liquids were absorbed and the retina dislocations were by conservative treatments. Conclusions:Exudative detachment of retina is a complication of retinal detachment operation.It can be cured by correct diagnosis and treatment.
