氪离子黄光与红光联合治疗视网膜血管病致黄斑水肿

Krypton yellow and red laser photocoagulation for macular edema caused by retinal angiopathy

目的 :分析氪离子黄光与红光联合光凝治疗视网膜血管病致黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法 :对确诊黄斑弥漫性水肿与囊样水肿 2 9例 41只眼 ,包括糖尿病视网膜病变 (diabeticretinopathy ,DR) 2 3例 35只眼 ;视网膜静脉阻塞 (retinalvenousocclusion ,RVO) 6例 6只眼采用氪离子黄光与红光联合光凝 ,对其效果进行分析。结果 :41只眼术后 1个月视力提高 2 7只眼占 65 8% ;3个月视力提高 37只眼占 90 2 % ;6～ 12个月后随访到 31只眼 ,其中 5只眼发生玻璃体出血 ,其余 2 6只眼中有 2 4只眼视力提高占 92 3%。术后 3个月 ,黄斑水肿消退 7只眼占 17 1% ;水肿明显减轻 2 6只眼占 63 4% ;水肿无变化 6只眼占 14 6% ;水肿加重 2只眼占 4 9%。结论 :两种波长激光联合治疗视网膜血管病致黄斑水肿 。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of krypton yellow and red laser photocoagulation for macular edema caused by retinal angiopathy. Methods:The results of krypton yellow and red laser photocoagulation on 29 cases (41 eyes) of diffuse or cystoid macular edema,including 23 cases (35 eyes) of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and 6 cases (6 eyes) of retinal venous occlusion,were analysed. Results:In the 41 eyes after photocoagulation therapy,27 eyes (65 8%) after one month and 37 eyes (90 2%) after 3 months showed the improvement of visual acuity.In 31 eyes that had passed the 6 to 12 months of follow-up,5 eyes occurred vitreous hemorrhage;and another 24 eyes (77 4%) had improvement of visual acuity,but the rest 2 eyes.After 3 months,7 eyes (17 1%) showed macular edema disappeared;26 eyes (63 4%) showed obvious alleviation of macular edema;6 eyes (14 6%) showed the same as they were previously,and 2 eyes (4 9%) showed deterioration. Conclusions:The therapeutic results of macular edema caused by retinal angiopathy would be obviously improved by krypton yellow and red laser photocoagulation.
