On the Internationalization of China's Higher Education with the Background of Globalization

经济全球化促使大学在教学、科研和管理等方面发生了一系列根本性的转变,它应比以往任何时候都更注重国际性和开放性。加入WTO使中国面临教育市场的国际化和人才市场的国际化,我国高等教育和人才培养在增强国际性和进一步开放的同时,必须采取一系列行之有效的对策和措施,并且应该注意一些问题,防止一些误区,以利于在国际化条件下健康地发展。

Economic globalization makes universities change a lot in teaching,re search and administration.They pay more attention to internationalization and op enness than ever before.Entry into WTO makes China face the internationalization of educational market and talent market.China should draw a strategy and take e ffective measures to deal with the situation.While enhancing internationalizatio n and furthering the open-up China's higher education and talent-fostering sho uld guard against some wrong ideas and mistakes so that they can develop soundly under the condition of internationalization.
