摘要
目的检测实验性兔眼高压氧治疗(HBOT)后视网膜中丙二醛浓度,以反映可造成视网膜损伤的自由基含量。 方法 将24只青紫蓝兔分为实验组(HBOT)与对照组(NHBOT),按特定时间用硫代巴比妥荧光法检测视网膜内内二醛变化。 结果 NHBOT视网膜丙二醛含量为4.9 nmol/mg±0.401 nmol/mg,HBOT 90 min组含量为9.4 nmol/mg±0.665nmol/mg,与对照组比有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 高压氧治疗超过1h后,自由基对视网膜的损伤作用开始发生。
Objective To identify the dose of oxygenic free radicals which damage retina of rabbil by testing density of retinal malondialdehyde( MDA) after hyperbaric oxygenation treatment( HBOT). Method Twanty-four rabbits were divided into HBOT group and NHBOT group. The changes of density in retinal MDA were detected by thiobanbital fluorescence. Results The level of MDA in the retina was 4. 9129±0. 5151nmol/rng in NHBOT group ;aiter HBOT for 90 min.the level was 9.4631±0. 7959nmol/mg, the difference was significanl ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The retina is damaged by hydroxyl free radicals after HBOT 1 hour.
