摘要
目的探讨白内障术前黄斑视野检查对黄斑病变和进行视力能评估的价值。方法对41例白内障患眼手术前后行M2程序和自定义低视力黄斑程序(CLVC)视野检查。 结果 晶状体混浊所致平均视野缺损(MD)为10.95dB。黄斑病变眼术前视野多见严重的视敏度普遍下降,或中央深度缺损(CDD)。以MD≥20 dB或CDD为标准检出黄斑病变的敏感度为93%,特异性为65%。与网测相比,CLVC检查的平均阈值敏感度与术后矫正视力存在更好对应关系。结论 白内障术前M2程序视野检查有助于发现黄斑病变,CLVC程序能更好地反映潜在的中心视功能。
Objective To investigate the value of pre-operative automated maeular perimetry for maeular disorders and to evaluate potential visual function of cataract patients. Methods Foruty-one cataract eyes were detected with program M2 and custom low vision center (CLVC) perimetry before and after surgery. Results Mean defect(MD) caused by lens opacily was 10. 95 dB. Perimetry of eyes with maeular disorders showed generally severe depression or central deep defection( CDD). MD≥20 (IB or CDD was used as a criteria to detect maeular disorders. The sensitivity was 93% and the speciality was 65% . Mean sensitivity of CLVC program perimelry showed better relationship to post-operative visual acuity when compared with laser interference fringe visual acuity. Conclusion Program M2 perimetry is helpful to detecting macular disorders before cataract surgery, CLVC program can reflect the latent visual function.
