摘要
本文研究了利用吉林省本地鹅生产肥肝鹅的开填日龄、日填次数、玉米的调制方法。结果表明:最佳开填日龄90～110d;日填5次为宜;浸泡玉米可用于肥肝填饲。
This paper reports on the experiment of determining the force-feeding starting time and frequency and the method of preparing corn in the production of goose-fat-liver with Jilin goose. The results showed that the best force-feeding starting time is when the goose is 90-110 days old and the frequency is 5 times a day, and soaked corn can be used as the feed.
