教育文化是先进文化的重要组成部分 ,教育文化是发展先进文化的基础。在此前提下 ,论述了在先进文化中 ,教育文化的功能、特性 ,并指出教育文化的建设要突出时代特色坚持先进性。

Education culture is an integral part of advanced culture and a basis for the enhancement of advanced culture. In the light of that, attention is paid to the discussion of the functions and features of education culture; it is also pointed out that the development of education culture must stress its advancedness and nationalness.
