摘要
目的研究萱草根的化学成分。方法通过理化性质和光谱数据的分析鉴定了 12个化合物的结构。结果与结论自萱草根 [Hemerocallisfulva(L )L ]中分离得到 12个化合物。分别鉴定为7 hydroxynaphthalide(1) ,3α 乙酰基 11 氧代 12 乌苏烯 2 4 羧酸 (2 ) ,3 氧代羊毛甾 8,2 4 二烯 2 1 羧酸 (3) ,3β 羟基羊毛甾 8,2 4 二烯 2 1 羧酸 (4) ,3α 羟基羊毛甾 8,2 4 二烯 2 1 羧酸 (5 ) ,β 谷甾醇(6 ) ,2 5 (R) 螺甾烷 4 烯 3 ,12 二酮 (7) ,2′ ,4,6′ 三羟基 4′ 甲氧基 3′ 甲基二氢查耳酮 (8) ,α 乳香酸 (9) ,β 乳香酸 (10 ) ,11α 羟基 3 已酰基 β 乳香酸 (11)及脂肪族化合物 (12 )。除化合物 1,6 ,8,12外其余均为首次从该属植物中分得。化合物 2 ,9,10 ,11的13C NMR数据为首次报道。
Aim To study the chemical constituent of Hemerocallis fulva(L.)L.Methods The twelve compounds were confirmed by the analysis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data.Results and Conclusions Twelve compounds were isolated from the root of Hemerocallis fulva(L.)L and they were identified as 7-hydroxynaphthalide(1),3α-acetoxy-11-oxo-12-ursene-24-oic acid(2),3-oxolanosta-8,24-diene-21-oic acid(3),3β-hydroxylanosta-8,24-diene-21-oic acid(4),3α-hydroxylanosta-8,24-diene-21-oic acid(5),β-sitosterol(6),25(R)-spirostan-4-ene-dione(7),2′,4,6′-trihydroxy-4′-methoxy-3′-methylchalcone(8),α-boswellic acid(9),β- boswellic acid(10),11α-hydroxy-3-acetoxy-β- boswellic acid(11)and fatty acid(12).Except for compounds 1,6,8,12,the others were separated from the genus for the first time.The 13C-NMR spectral data of compounds 2,9,10,11 are reported for the first time.
