摘要
正电子放射性核素 (如11C ,15O ,18F等 )主要由回旋加速器通过核反应制备 ,正电子放射性核素经放射化学合成可制备各类正电子显像剂或正电子标记物 ,正电子显像剂或正电子标记物结合正电子发射断层 (PET)显像已广泛用于神经精神系统、心血管系统及肿瘤等疾病的研究 ,也是药物研究的重要工具。主要概述回旋加速器的工作原理、正电子放射性核素的制备及其在药学领域中的应用。
Positron-emitting radionuclides such as carbon-11,nitrogen-13,oxygen-15 and fluorine-18 are commonly produced in cyclotrons by the nuclear reaction.Radiopharmaceuticals(labelled compounds)for positron emission tomography(PET)were prepared from positron-emitting radionuclides by radiochemistry synthesis.PET radiopharmaceuticals(positron-labelled compounds)combined with PET imaging have been widely used to study neurology,cardiology,and oncology.This review mainly summarizes the operation principles of the cyclotron,production of positron-emitting radionuclides and its application to pharmaceutical fields.
