p53蛋白在复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病中的表达与临床意义探讨

Expression of p53 oncoproteins in recurrent respiratory papillomatosis and its clinical significance

目的 观察p53蛋白在成人型及幼儿型复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病(RRP)初诊病变中的表达与恶变或侵袭发生的关系,探讨其预测个体RRP转归的价值。方法 免疫组化S-P法检测p53蛋白在86例转归不同的RRP中的表达。结果 p53蛋白在AO-RRP及JO-RRP病变中的表达率分别为20.51％和38.29％,统计学分析表明,p53蛋白的表达和发生侵袭或恶变有关(P<0.01)。结论RRP初诊病变中p53蛋白的表达可提示患病个体的转归,即幼儿型RRP易发生侵袭,成人型RRP应密切随访,注意恶变。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical significance of p53 oncoproteins in recurrent respiratory papiUomatosis( RRP). Methods The expression of p53 oncoprotein were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method in 86 cases of RRP which had different outcome. Result p53 oncoprotein was expressed in 8(20.51%) out of 39 AO-RRP and 18(38.29%) out of 47 JO-RRP. The expression was associated with aggression and cancer-ation statistically( P < 0.01). Conclusion Expression of p53 in RRP might be useful in predicting prognosis for patients with RRP. Positive cases in JO-RRP might be more aggressive, AO-RRP with p53 expression should be concerned for canceration in the future.
