摘要
目的 探讨错配修复基因(MMR)蛋白PMS1在前列腺癌细胞株及前列腺癌标本中的表达及其意义。方法 利用Western印迹法检测前列腺癌细胞株中错配修复蛋白PMS1的丢失情况;用免疫组织化学法检测前列腺癌标本中PMS1的表达。结果 在所研究的8个前列腺癌细胞株中均发现有错配修复蛋白PMS1的缺失;前列腺癌标本中也存在错配修复蛋白PMS1表达的减少或消失。结论 前列腺癌中错配修复蛋白PMS1的缺失是很普遍的,其缺失直接参与了前列腺癌的发生发展。
Objective To explore the expression and role of mismatch repair (MMR) protein PMS1 in prostate cell-lines and human prostate cancer specimens.Methods Using Western blot analysis, we detected the loss of PMS1 in prostate cell-lines. We also immunohistochemically analysis the expression of PMS1 in human prostate cancer specimens.Results We found the deletion of MMR in all prostate cell-lines and the reduction or absence of PMSl's expressions in human prostate cancer specimens.
