摘要
针对安阳钢铁股份有限公司第四轧钢厂Φ90mm轧管机组主减速机的使用状况,分析了人字齿轮减速机的装配特性。为消除加工、安装误差,根据人字齿轮在正确啮合传动的情况下,由齿轮左右螺旋角产生的轴向力可以抵消这一特点,对其不合理处作了整改,以达到两啮合人字齿轮在传动时自动对中,轴向力趋于零的目的。
Based on the operation of the main gear reducer used for the Φ90 mm pipe rolling mill located at Steel Rolling Plant No.4 of Anyang I & S Co., Ltd., the assembling characteristics of the herringbone gear reducer is analyzed. To eliminate machining and installation errors and take the advantage of the fact that the axial forces resulting from the right and left pitch angles of the herringbone gears counteract to each other in case of normal engagement transmission, relevant modification is carried out to get the two herringbone gears self-aligned during transmission to reduce the axial force towards zero.
