A Systemic method of analysis of metabolite of medicine and drug in the drug-addict urine and liver sample is reported by GC/MS, hydrolysis GC/MS and hydrolysis- deriving GC/MS. The conclusion is provided the strong evidence for legal medical examiner to determine the cause of death, and this method is practical.
