摘要
本文从物质、组织、技术和经验四个方面,分析了目前江苏高校图书馆建设原文传递系统的 现有条件,以及它们没有最终促成原文传递系统建立的原因所在。
Examining the four aspects, that is subtance, organization, technology and experience, this paper analyzes current conditions for establishment of original text transmission system of academic libraries in Jiangsu Province, and explains the cause why those conditions did not finally have the system set up.
