Preparation Zirconium Oxychloride from Concentrated Zr Tails of Nb-Ta Ore by Lime

铌钽矿的富锆尾矿与碱石灰在一定温度下熔融 ,熔融物经过一系列化学处理后得无色针状晶体 ,对产品的结构和组成进行了分析测试 ,确定为 Zr OCl2 · 8H2 O。

The concentrated Zr tails of Nb Ta ore was fused with solid NaOH and CaO powders After a series of chemical processes, the fused mixture was turned to colorless needle crystal. The composition and structure of the crystal was determined as ZrOCl 2·8H 2O. The best conditions for fusion reaction were also determined.
