摘要
二羟基二过碘酸合镍(Ⅳ)钾(简称Ni(Ⅳ)为氧化剂,尼龙6为还原剂,二者组成氧化还原引发体系,于碱性介质中,在尼龙6表面引发丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚合反应,测定了各种因素对接枝参数的影响,得到了高接枝效率的接枝共聚物。用X光衍射、红外光谱(IR)等方法对共聚物结构进行了表征,并探讨了引发机理。
The graft copolymerization of methyl acrylate(MA) onto nylon 6 using potassium diperiodaton-ickelate(Ⅳ) (Ni(Ⅳ)) - nylon 6 redox system as initiator has been studied in alkaline medium. The effect of different factors on grafting parameters is investigated. The structure of the graft copolymer has been determined by X - ray diffraction and infrared (IR). It is found that Ni( Ⅳ) - nylon 6 system is an efficient redox initiator for this graft copolymerization. A single electron transfer mechanism is proposed to explain the formation of radicals and the initiation.
