摘要
采用数理统计方法 ,对 1 95 0～ 1 999年长江三江营的水位进行了均值和方差检验 ,并对其旬平均高(低 )潮位进行了分析和比较 .结果表明 :三江营的水情已发生变化 ,应引起工程设计、管理及防洪部门的重视 .同时根据数理统计结果 ,对江都排灌站的经济运行、机组安全和防洪问题进行了讨论 .
Mathematical statistics methods are adopted in this paper to verify the changes of mean and standard deviation of water level in Sanjiangying of Yangtse River. Mean high and low tides for periods of ten days from 1950 to 1999 are analyzed and compared. It is pointed out that the authorities who concern engineering design, management and flood control should pay attention to the changes of water regime in Sanjiangying. Based on the results of statistical analyses, the author makes a brief discussion on economic operation, safety of pumping sets and flood control of Jiangdu Pumping Station.
