摘要 在100℃以下制备了一系列Ba_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Ti_(1-x)Nd_xO_3固溶体纳米粉末(0≤x≤0.1),TEM观察粒子为均匀球形,平均粒径70nm.制陶实验发现材料的室温介电常数达86000,比BaTiO_3纯相提高近30倍,纳米粉体的烧结温度为1150℃,比传统微米级粉体的烧结温度降低200℃。 A series of Bao0.9Sr0.1Ti1-xNdxO3(0≤x≤0. 1) solid solutions were synthesized below 100℃ . XRD demonstrated that the compounds have a cubic system. Furthermore, through TEM, the product is found to have a shape of uniform, substantially spherical particles with an average particle size of 70 nm in diameter. The result of preparing ceramics showed that after adulterating with Nd in pure BaTiO3 phase, the dielectric constant increased thirty times at room temperature and the sintering temperature of the nano-powder was 1 150℃.
