小儿脾胃康口服液对小鼠脾虚的药理作用研究

Pharmacological Research of Children Piweikang Peroral Liquid on Spleen Deficiency of Mice

目的 :研究小儿脾胃康口服液对小鼠脾虚的治疗作用。方法 :复制小鼠脾虚模型 ,通过胃排空和小肠推进运动实验 ,研究小儿脾胃康口服液对胃肠运动功能的影响。结果 :小儿脾胃康口服液可以治疗小鼠脾虚出现的泄泻、纳呆、体重下降 ,被毛散乱稀疏等症状。结论 :小儿脾胃康口服液可以治疗小鼠脾虚 ,使胃肠运动速度减慢。研究表明 ,小儿脾胃康口服液大、中、小三个剂量对小鼠脾虚和胃肠运动的药理作用呈剂量依赖性关系 。

Aim: To study the effect of children piweikang peroral liquid on spleen deficiency of mice. Methods: The model of spleen deficiency of mice was copied and stomach emptying as well as intestine propelling motion test were taken to study the effect of children piweikang peroral liquid on gastrointestinal motion function. Results: Children piweikang peroral liquid can treat the following symptoms as diarrhea, anorexia, weight descent and untidy and rare hair etc, which indicate the existence of spleen deficiency of mice. Conclusion: Children piweikang peroral liquid can treat the spleen deficiency of mice and slow down gastrointestinal motion. The research showed that large, middle, and small doses of children piweikang peroral liquid had the dosage-dependent relation with spleen deficiency of mice and pharmacological action for gastrointestinal motion. The effect of large dose approximated with Guipi pills, the positive control drug.
