摘要
本文论述了企业的“能本管理”是企业管理新动向 ,提出认识“能本管理”的新思想 ,对于提升企业在知识经济时代的市场竞争力具有重大的现实与深远意义。
The author discusses 'ability-centered management' and regards it as a new approach to business management. In this knowledge-economiy age, the adoption of this new approach will strengthen the competitive edge of our enterprises and result in much practical and far-reaching significance.
