摘要
以自己独立开发的经济压差 (ΔUJ)潮流程序为手段 ,通过大量分析计算 ,论述了无功分层平衡 ,无功分层的调度级别、控制对象、管理界面、考核对象、考核参数和标准、无功补偿装置的调度权、控制方法和策略 ,AVC最终目标等一系列问题。提出了分散控制是实现 2 2 0 k V湖南电网 AVC的最佳方案的论点。
By means of the economic voltage difference (Δ U J)based load flow program developed by the authors,a lot of simulations on Hunan 220kV power networks are performed.Then the hierarchical balance of reactive power is analyzed in the paper.A series of problems including the hierarchical dispatching levels,control objects,managing interfaces,assessment objects,assessment parameters and standards are discussed in detail.The regulation rights,control methods and strategies of reactive power compensation devices,and the aim of system AVC are presented.It is pointed out that decentralised control is the optimal scheme of AVC of Hunan 220kV power network.
