耐磨性和机加工性优良的药芯焊丝

A Cored Wire of Good Wearability and Machinability

研究了一种药芯焊丝 ,按常规工艺制造与修复轧辊等设备 ,具有机械加工性好、硬度高、耐磨性好的特点 ,并能克服后一焊道对前一焊道的热影响 ,即克服了焊道之间的软化现象 ,最终使堆焊表面硬度较为均匀 ,对许多耐磨件 (如精轧辊 )的堆焊具有重要意义。对其设计原理和具体的应用进行了阐述。

A new kind of cored wire is studied,which is of much importance to the surfacing of many wear resistant elements.The wire can be used under usual procedure to manufacture or repair equipments such as a roller with good machinability,wearability and high hardness.It is capable of overcoming the heat effect of a previous process on the following,i.e.the softening between weld beads.As a result,it makes the hardness of the welded surface uniform.Its design principle and Practical application are discussed in detail.
