Study on the Seriously Banding Symptom of the Imported Steel Pipes in a Power Plant

针对某电厂进口 st45.8无缝钢管原始组织存在带状组织的现象。进行了一系列的试验研究 ,分析了原因 ,提出了恢复热处理工艺。并进行了安全性评定。

In this paper,a series of tests and researches are conducted on the banding symptom of the imported st45.8 seamless steel pipes in a power plant.The causes are analyzed.Then a rescue heat treatment technique is proposed.The security of the pipes is evaluated at the last.
