摘要
介绍金隆公司硫酸装置挖潜改造的技术设计、实施步骤和运行效果。在改造设计中以提高技术水平为重点,充分挖掘现有设备潜力,力图以最少的投资获得最大的产出。改造后,与熔炼系统配套的硫酸系统生产能力从375 kt/a增加到459 kt/a,主要技术经济指标达到或优于设计值。
The potential-digging revamping project of Jinlon Coppers sulphuric acid plant is described with respects to process design, implementing steps and operation. The emphases are laid on the raising technological level of plant, digging potential of the existing equipment and investing the least for the highest output. As a result , the production capacity of the sulphuric acid plant in accordance to the smelter system increases from 375 kt/a to 459 kt/a with the main technical and economic indexes up or superior to the design targets.
