摘要
规范民营企业的工资制度以及建立完备的社会保障体系是治理通货紧缩不可忽视的一个方面。当前,我国民营企业发展的一个共同特点就是经济发展及利润增长速度远远超过工资增长幅度,没有建立起完备的社会保障体系。这种现象制约了宏观经济的发展,必须通过建立工资增长指数化制度,完善民营企业的社会保障制度,从根本上解决通货紧缩问题。
It is an unnegligible matter to harnessing currency shribking to normalize the wage system and establish a complete system of social security in privatefinancied enterprises. At present, the growth of privatefinancied enterprises in our country is commonly characteristic of the pace of economic development astonishingly exceeding the range of wage increase and a complete system of social security not yet established, which hinders macroeconomic development. Therefore, a system of indexized wage increase should be established to complete the system of social security in privatefinancied enterprises to totally remove the issue of currency shrinking.
