摘要
目的:研究转化生长因子β_1受体(TGF-β_1R)在人胚胎睾丸发生过程中的表达。方法:收集25例12~28周龄胎儿睾丸标本,免疫组织化学ABC法染色,以正常羊血清代替一抗为阴性对照,TGF-β_1受体抗血清的工作浓度为1:100,光镜观察。结果:TGF-β_1受体在人胚胎睾丸间质细胞呈阳性表达,曲细精管内精原细胞、支持细胞、管用细胞未见阳性表达。TGF-β_1也受体在12周龄睾丸组织未见阳性表达,16周时达高峰,此后呈逐渐下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β_1也通过与其受体结合在人睾丸发生过程中起重要作用。
Objective:To study the expression of TGF-ft R in human fetus testis. Methods:Using immunohistochemical the expression of TGF-β1 R in 25 cases testis of human fetuses (estimated fetal ages of 12 weeks to 28 weeks) were observed. Normal goat serum was used to replace TGF-β1 R in negative control group. Results:The positive reaction of TGF-β1 R were observed only in Leydig cells. In the fetal ages of 12 weeks testis, the positive reaction of TGF-β1 R were not observed. The peaks of expression of TGF-β1 R were observed in the fetal ages of 16 weeks. With the increase of fetal ages after 16 weeks, the number of positive reaction cells decreased gradually (P<0. 05). Conclusion : TGF-β1 plays an important role in testis of human fetus during the development through binding TGF-β1 R.
