摘要
从国外的经验看,资费套餐最早出现在长途业务领域,但真正得到大范围推广是在移动通信领域。目前移动通信公司采用的资费套餐多具备以下的特点:低门槛进入策略,针对不同的用户群、使用时间、使用量采用业务优惠政策,对企业用户采用折扣方案,根据拨打电话对象的属性确定资费套餐,围绕品牌制定资费套餐。美国移动运营商的价格策略基本上分为三类:本地或区域服务方案、全国服务方案和预付费服务方案。
From the point of view of foreign ex-peri ence,billing suite first appeared in long -haul service.How ever,it is widely applied in mobile communica tion.At present,billing suite adopted by mobile com munication compa nies features as following:to adopt low-threshold ac-cess strategy,to adopt service preferential policy to ward different customer group,time and traffic,to pro vide discount plan for enterprise customer,to select billing suite according to the attribute of called-party and to set down billing suite by trade mark The price strategies of mobile opera-tors in USA can be classified into3kinds:local or area service plan,national service plan and pre-paid service plan.<
