摘要
首先在概要分析了当前软交换机讨论中的一些问题基础上,重新论述了软交换机的概念、特征和其在下一代网的作用;澄清了其中一些根本性的观念并特别针对其中个别流行的说法提出其可进一步探讨的意见;最后,为电信运营商提供关于软交换机技术实施的策略建议。
Based on the analysis of some issues in the softswitch discussion,this paper discusses the basic concepts,characteristics and its roles of the softswitch in NGN.Especially,this paper clari fies some of the fundamental understands and points out the mistakes of some popular views in the softswitch discussion.Lastly,the pa per offers the strategic suggestion for the ser-vice providers on question such as how to imple-ment the softswitch in NGN.<
