柬埔寨共有6家电信运营商,即柬埔寨邮电部(MPTC)和另外5家私人公司为公众提供电信业务,MPTC还是电信行业的政策制定者和管制者,5家私人公司都有国外战略合作伙伴,大多来自东南亚地区,主要有泰国、印度尼西亚和马来西亚。柬埔寨的固定电话普及率很低,但移动业务发展迅速。柬埔寨是世界上Internet价格最高的国家之一。

There are a total of6telecom opera-tors in Cam bodia,i.e.the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunica tions of Cambodia(MPTC)and5other private compa nies to provide the public with telecom services.MPTC is still the policy con stitutor and regulator of tele com industry.The 5 private enterprises have their strategic partners in the world,mostly come from Thai-land,In donesia and Malaysia.The popularity of fixed phone is very low but mobile phone devel-ops rapidly in Cambodia.Cambodia is one of the countries with highest Internet price.
