反倾销是WTO组织允许各成员国采用的保护国内产业、抵制非公平竞争的救济手段。WTO的反倾销规则极为严密。中国反倾销的任务十分艰巨 ,反倾销立法是中国为保护国内产业而举起的盾牌。中国企业要熟悉、掌握并善于运用WTO反倾销法的规定和我国《反倾销条例》 ,合法有效地保护与拓展自己的生存和发展空间。当前中国企业尤其要学会运用WTO反倾销法对抗欧美滥用反倾销手段 ,善于利用WTO反倾销的有利条款做好积极应诉工作 。

The anti\|dumpling is the relief means which WTO allows each member state to take to protect domestic industry and resist unfair competition.WTOs regulations on anti\|dumpling are extremely tight.The mission on anti\|dumpling in China is very arduous.The legislation on Anti\|dumpling is the shield which China makes for protecting domestic industry.Chinese business enterprises should be familiar with,master and be good at using the stipulation of WTOs anti\|dumpling law and anti\|dumpling Act of our country to protect and develop lawfully and effectively the space for their own existence and development.\;At present,Chinese business enterprises should particularly learn to use WTOs anti\|dumpling law to confront Europe and America to abuse methods of anti\|dumpling and at the same time should be good at using favorable provision of WTOs anti\|dumpling law to do the work well in actively answering lawsuit.The peoples court must enhance the judicative right on WTOs anti\|dumpling action.
