试论管仲与梭伦法治观的差异

On the Difference between the Rules of Law of Guan zhong and Solon

管仲与梭伦是中国先秦齐国和古希腊雅典城邦的著名立法者。由于历史传统不同 ,所处的政治环境和个人际遇迥异 ,他们在立法及执法监督权的归属、法律的实施约束范围、法律内容、处罚制度等法治观的许多方面表现出了巨大差异。

Guan Zhong is a lawmaker in China' ancient state named Qi before Qin dynasty.And Solon is also a famous lawmaker in the ancient Greece Athens.Because of the large differences of historical traditions,political environments and personal chances,they appeared largely differences from each other at the ownership of the rights of lawmaking and inspecting,the restrain ranges of legal practices,legal system contents,punishment system etc.The thoughts of different legal systems of Guan Zhong and Solon produced a profound influences on the differences from the development of law system to the culture of law.
