摘要
报道以组织培养方法快繁阿月浑子的研究结果。包括①用MS+6-BA4 0mg/L能快速诱导丛生芽的增殖、分化;②在培养基中除去有机物,可抑制在长期继代培养中人为影响造成的试管苗细菌污染;糖是培养基的重要成分,不可缺少;③采用自然散射光或黑暗培养(黄化方法),同样可以得到较好的培养结果,而且可降低试管苗的培养成本。
This paper describes tissue culture for micropropagation of Pistacia vceaIt includes:1The modified MS+6-BA 40mg/L gave the best result for bud propagation and diffirentiation;2The cultures which have been contaminated after long period subculture are recovered by discarding substance of the culture medium;3The clump buds was induced by natunal daylight or etiolation, and reduce culture cost of test-tube Seedling
