摘要
从器官发生和体细胞胚胎发生两种途径入手,对芦荟的组织培养状况进行了概述。并对今后的研究提出一些建议,认为通过细胞培养生产次生代谢产物是实现芦荟产业化的有效手段和未来的研究重点。
This paper reviews that recent states of tissue culture of aloe from organogenesis and somatic embryogensis.To get more products from secondary metablism by aloe cell culture is an effective means to develop aloe in large scale culture and it will be the research emphasis in the future.
