定价是餐饮销售的重要环节,价格是否适当直接影响市场的需求变化和经营利润的大小,当然对其竞争地位影响也极大。在饭店各种促销手段中,唯有定价是不需要付出直接成本又能影响其利润水平的因素。
Food pricing is an important sector in catering trade. It will directly influence the variation of the market demand and the profit of restaurants, and their competitive status and capacity will be greatly influenced as well. Amongst the various marketing methods under the control of the restaurant enterprises, pricing is the only factor that can influence the level of profit without paying the direct cost.
