如何处理和解决高校后勤社会化改革中出现的问题和矛盾,是高校后勤社会化改革成败与否的关键所在。要坚持依法办事;要实行"规范分离";要防止国有资产流失,努力做到国有资产增值、保值;政府和学校给予的优惠政策,一定要落实到新组建的高校后勤实体和集团(公司),使之顺利发展,也使高校的师生员工受益。

How to deal with the problems which arise in the reformation of the socialization of the rear service in colleges and universities will determine whether this reform will turn to be a success or failure. We should act according to law, and enforce the 'standardized streaming'. We should also prevent the state owned property from being lost, and manage to realize the increment and value maintenance of the state owned property. The preferential policies granted by the government must be applied in the newlyfounded rear service entity and corporations (or companies) in order to make it develop smoothly, and thereby, benefit the teachers and staffs.
