摘要
学习型组织理论在世界范围内,尤其是企业界,引起了强烈反响。当前学校组织面临着前所未有的挑战与发展机遇。外在的社会因素和学校的内在需要都决定了学校管理要改革,要创新。在学校管理创新中引入学习型组织理论,可从全面树立学习型组织理念,建立学校组织的共同愿景,将教师的团队学习摆在战略上的重要地位等三个方面做起。
The learning type organization theory has evoked intense repercussion all over the world especially in business circles. At present, school organizations are facing with an unprecedented challenge and development opportunity. In order to introduce the learning type organization theory into the renovation of the school management, we may start with: setting up the concept of the learning type organization in a fully rounded way, building the school organizations shared vision, and placing the teachers team learning on the important strategic position.
