摘要
目的 研究不同透析膜对维持性血液透析 (MHD)患者外周血转化生长因子 (TGFβ1)及单核细胞趋化蛋白 -1(MCP -1)水平的影响。方法 应用酶联免疫法 (ELISA)测定长期用铜仿膜 (CU )和聚砜膜 (PSU )透析患者外周血TGFβ1及MCP -1水平。 结果 与正常对照组相比 ,CU和PSU透析患者外周血TGFβ1水平明显增加 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但PSU与CU透析组相比 ,外周血TGFβ1水平明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;MHD患者外周血MCP -1水平也有所增加 ,其中PSU透析组与对照组相比有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。另外 ,CU与PSU透析组内TGFβ1与MCP -1水平之间均呈明显负相关 (r =-0 .5 42 5与 -0 .45 62 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 尿毒症患者MHD可增加外周血TGFβ1与MCP -1水平 。
Objective To investigate effects of different dialyzed membrane on plasma TGFβ1 and MCP-1 levers in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients.Methods The plasma concentrations of TGFβ1 and MCP-1 were measured by ELISA assay in well-matched uremic patients undergoing MHD with either cuprophane(CU, n =27) or polysulfone (PSU, n =25).Results Compared with controls, the patients in CU and PSU membranes dialysis had significantly increasel TGFβ1 concentration ( P <0.01, P <0.05). However,the patients in PSU membrane dialysis had significantly decreasee TGFβ1 concentrations comparel with the petients in CU membrane dialysis.MCP-1 plasma levers were also higher in patients dialyzed with CU or PSU than those in controls.In addition,negative correlation was observed between the plasma levers of TGFβ1 and MCP-1 in patients dialyzed with CU or PSU.Conclusion Our results show that MHD is associated with the increased of the plasma TGFβ1 and MCP-1 levels.Moreover,the type of dialysis membrane has different effect on the the plasma TGFβ1 and MCP-1.
