摘要
我国茶叶生产的历史悠久。迟至唐宋时期,茶叶生产兴盛,引人注目。进入明清以来,更是得到了进一步发展。随着茶叶生产的繁荣,茶叶生产的组织形式、配置资源的方式也日趋复杂,市场在茶叶生产中配置资源的作用日渐扩大,茶园、资本、劳动力和茶叶生产技术等茶叶生产要素在市场的作用下形成了不同的茶叶生产组织形式,不同的组织形式尽管生产规模大小不一、生产效率有高有低,但都对茶叶生产做出了贡献。
Our country has a long history in producing tea. During Tang and Song Dynasty, tea production has become prosperous. Since Ming and Qing Dynasty, it has made further development. With the prosperity of tea production, the organizations in tea production and the ways of disposition of resource has become more complicated, market plays more and more important role in tea production and disposition. Key elements such as tea resource,capital, labor and tea producing techniques form different ways of tea producing organization with the effect of market. Although the production are not the same in scale and efficiency is different, it contribute to the tea production development.
