诺维本联合丝裂霉素、顺氯氨铂治疗肺部肿瘤32例疗效观察

Clinical observation to the curative effect of nevelbine combination with MMC, PDD on carcinoma in lung

目的 探讨诺维本 (NVB)联合丝裂霉素 (MMC)、顺氯氨铂 (PDD)治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 第1d ,8d ,15d静注NVB 40mg ;并于第 1d静注MMC 10mg ,第 15d静注PDD 60mg ;2 1d为一疗程。以WHO( 1981)统一评定标准评价疗效及毒副作用。结果 总有效率 (PR +CR) 5 3 .1% ,其中初治 5 9.1% ,复治 40 .0 % ;鳞癌 62 .5 % ,腺癌5 2 .6% ,腺鳞癌 40 .0 % ,Ⅲa期 66.7% ,Ⅲb期 66.7% ,Ⅳ期 3 5 .7%。毒副反应主要表现为白细胞下降。结论 NVB与MMC、PDD有协同作用 ,可以提高治疗肺部肿瘤的疗效。且毒副反应可以耐受 。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Nevelbine by combination with MMC, PDD on of non-small alveolar cell carcinoma.Methods Of NVB (40mg) was given intraveously in the first day and the eighth day the fifteenth day respectively,and so did the MMC (10mg), at the first PDD(60mg) at the fifteenth day simultaneously. The full course of treatment included twenty one days. The curative effect was evaluated by the unity evaluative criterion of WHO. Results The total effective rate was 53.1%. Among them, the effective rates of first and return treatment were 59.1%and 40.0% respectively, the effective rates of squamous carcinoma, acinous carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma were 62.5%, 62.6%, 40.0%, the effective rates of the patients in Ⅲa stage, Ⅲb stage and Ⅳ stage were 66.7% and 357% respectively. The main toxic action was leukopenia. Conclusion The results showed that NVB combination with MMC and PDD can improve the curative effect against lung carcinoma by synergetic effect, patients can tolerance the toxicity of durg.
