所有制是一个重要的理论与实践问题。资产阶级经济学用所有权代替所有制 ,从资源稀缺性与人类需求无限性的角度来解释所有制的起源。马克思主义经济理论则认为所有制的产生发展是由生产力的性质与发展要求所决定的。所有制可以区分为不同的层次 :制度层次 ;所有制的实现形式 ;所有制的运行机制。

Ownership is an important theory and practical problem. Substituting property right for ownership, bourgeois economics attempts to interpret the origin of ownership from the scarcity of resource and the boundless of human demand. Marxim economic theory considers that the emergence and development of property right is determined by the nature and development requirement of productive forces. And ownership can be divided into three parts: the level of ownership; the realization forms and the operational system.
