摘要
从管理战略的历史演进过程分析 ,企业战略联盟可分为传统、现代、新兴三种形式。随着竞争的日益加剧、科学技术的进步、知识经济时代的到来 ,值得关注和研究的是企业怎样建立自己的顾客联盟、开展知识管理。
Judged by the analyses of historical gradual progress of managerial strategy, enterprises strategic alliance can be divided into three forms of traditional, modern and new. With the increasingly sharpening of the competition, the progressing of the scientific technology, and the upsurge in the knowledge and economic time, it should deserve attention and study that how the enterprises set up its own customer's alliance and develop knowledge management.
