摘要
江泽民同志在十六大报告中指出 :“推进资本市场的改革开放和稳定发展。”本文就如何正确理解其内涵 ,加快中国资本市场的发展 ,并尽快建立具有中国特色的创业板市场 ,怎样规范上市公司行为等 ,进行了较为全面的探讨。
Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out at te 16 th governmental conference that we should promote the stable development and reforming and opening of capital market. Therefore, this article makes an overall statement on how to understand the connotation of his words, how to develop Chinese capital market rapidly, how to build Chinese featured venture market and how to regulate company's activities.
