入世后制约国有银行发展的因素及对策分析

Restricting factors and countermeasures of state bank after entering WTO

我国加入WTO已愈一年 ,但是 ,处在体制转轨时期的中国商业银行特别是国有商业银行 ,许多制约其发展的因素尚未完全解决 ,并随着我国的入世而凸现出来 ,从而成为在我国银行业逐步开放的条件下应对挑战、提高竞争力的巨大障碍。本文从五个方面分析了制约我国国有银行发展的因素并提出了对策建议。

China has entered WTO for one year, however, in the system transitional period, many restricting factors for China commercial bank especially state bank have not been resolved. These restricting factors become apparent following entry of WTO, and turn to be an enormous obstacle to challenge and improve competence in the state of banking gradually being open. From five aspects, this article analyses the restricting factors for state bank development and also puts forward some suggestions.
