鞘蕊苏有效成分的含量分析

Determination of Effective Component in Herba colei. by HPLC

目的:对鞘蕊苏药材中的有效成分异佛司可林进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行含量测定。结果:异佛司可林含量在1.24～12.4μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为102.2%,RSD=1.35%。结论:建立的含量测定方法准确灵敏、稳定可靠。

Objective:The content of isoforskolin in Herba colei. was determined by HPLC. Methods:A HPLC method was adopted. Results:Standard curve showed a linearity within the range of 1.24～12.4μg,the average recovery was 102.2%, and RSD was 1.35%.
