摘要
研究了涝害胁迫下黄瓜自根苗、南瓜砧嫁接苗和丝瓜砧嫁接苗的耐涝性能。结果表明 :涝害胁迫时 ,丝瓜砧嫁接苗能维持较高的根系活力与较高的叶绿素含量 ;根系电解质渗出率、丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧阴离子自由基 (O- ·2 )的含量显著低于黄瓜自根苗和南瓜砧嫁接苗 ;根系SOD、POD和CAT等细胞保护酶活性高于黄瓜自根苗和南瓜砧嫁接苗 ;丝瓜作砧木可以提高黄瓜的耐涝性。
The waterlogging tolerance of self_rooted cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings and grafted seedlings with pumpkin (Cucurbita ficifolia Bouchc) and loofah Luffa cylindrica (L.) Roemas stocks was studied. The results showed that grafted seedlings with loofah as stock had high root activity and high chlorophyll content during waterlogging stress; the electrolytic leakage rate, content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide free radical in roots were evidently lower than that of self_rooted cucumber seedlings and grafted seedlings with pumpkin as stock; the activities of cell protective enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) were higher than that of self_rooted cucumber seedlings and grafted seedlings with pumpkin as stock. The results indicated that the waterlogging tolerance of cucumber seedlings was increased by grafting with loofah as stock.
