摘要
多胺是广泛分布于植物体内具有调控作用的生理活性物质 ,其代谢变化与高等植物的生长和发育关系密切。本文概述了多胺与植物花芽形成、花器官分化以及开花、坐果和果实发育的关系 ;并就外源多胺对植物开花坐果的影响做了述评 ,对多胺在植物开花结实中可能的作用机理及今后的研究方向和应用潜力进行了讨论。
Polyamines are physiologically active materials with broad functions of regulation, and have a close relationship with the growth and development of higher plants. This paper reviews the relationship between endogenous polyamines and floral bud induction and sex differentiation, flowering, fruit setting and fruit development in higher plants. Effects of exogenous polyamines on flowering and fruit setting and development are also reviewed. Both the modes of action and potential applications of polyamines on higher plant in flowering and fruit setting and development are discussed.
