摘要 以载玻片作参比材料 ,成功地解决了较厚叶片不能直接测定 5 0 5nm光吸收来反映玉米黄质水平的难题。并通过对银杏叶片 5 0 5nm光吸收的不同方法测定分析比较 ,表明该方法测定结果稳定可靠。 Using glass slide as the contrast, a spectrophotometric analysis method was established in intact and thick leaves to reflect zeaxanthin level by light absorbance at 505 nm. Results, obtained by this method in intact gingko leaves, were proved to be steady and credible through the data analysis of light absorbance by leaves at 505 nm determined in different ways.
